Kumar Rishav
PhD Candidate in the Imaging Physics Department at TU Delft under Dr. Florian Bociort and Dr. Silvania Pereira, focusing on developing global optimization algorithms, with a particular emphasis on saddle-point detection, to address the complex, high-dimensional design landscape of advanced optical imaging systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics and a master’s degree in Optical Engineering, with a thesis on ‘Holistic Optimization of Optical Systems’.
In addition to his research at TU Delft, he serves as a Reviewer for the Journal of SPIE Optical Engineering, contributing to the peer-review process for the journal.
